Held in our tranquil Himalayan salt room, this session combines the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments with the natural detoxifying and respiratory benefits of the salt environment. The Cancer new moon encourages emotional clarity, self-care, and intuitive alignment—making this the perfect time to slow down, reflect, and reset.

What to Expect:
A guided intention-setting meditation
A full-body sound immersion with crystal singing bowls and gentle healing instruments
Relaxation in our Himalayan salt room, enhancing breath and calm
Bring: A water bottle, cozy layers, and an open heart
During this Soundbath, a combination of gongs, crystal singing bowls and ancient tibetan singing bowls will be played in a therapeutic manner while also breathing in nanoparticles of Salt ( Salt Therapy/Halo therapy). The combination of playing techniques and quality of instruments supports a feeling of deep relaxation of mind and body and ignites inner awareness. Each sound bath experience is unique, and greater results are found when one attends regularly (1-2 times per month is a good place to start).
Each attendee gets to use premium crystal rods (Egyptian energy rods) during the sound bath to amplify the experience. We provide everything you need to be comfortable. You will relax in our Zero Gravity loungers and blankets are provided.
