What is Franklin Method you might ask? We use experimental anatomy and movements to hone in on how your feet function (or not function anymore) and improving flexibility, force absorption, balance and strength.
A journey to better understand our Feet: 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 ligaments and muscles.
This is a great class for any athlete wanting to improve performance but also for everyone wanting to create better balance, improve your gait and address foot discomfort/pain.
This 1.5hr workshop will get you a clear understanding on the functions of your feet and how every step travels up the body. And well create easy exercises to improve daily life.
This workshop will be recorded and the replay is available for 6 months.
